Inscription on cover reads, "Musica, para guitarra. Nueva-York. Septiembre de 1845". Inscription on title page reads, "Cuaderno de valzes, y danzas: cuadrillas, rondos, gallopas, y allemandas. De la propiedad, de F.P. Guibernao. Hecho en la calle Duanne, No. 116. Nueva-Yorka". Approximate translation of cover: "Guitar music. New York. September 1845". Approximate translation of title page: "Notebook of waltzes and dances: quadrilles, rondos, gallops, and allemandes. Property of F. P. Guibernao. Done on Duanne Street, No. 116. New York."
